A quiet late afternoon at the Gene Leahy Mall in downtown Omaha, Nebraska, United States with the cityscape skyline behind the 10th street bridge as it crosses the waters of the small lake. A few soft feathery clouds drift in the blue sky as the blue tones reflect on the water. The sidewalk leads your eyes to under the bridge and deeper into the urban scene. It was an unusually warm fall season day in the 70's. This area is also called Central Park. It's a cool 9.6-acre park with lots of things to do for the whole family, including the dog too! There are lots of play areas, a dog park, pond with seating great to sit and read or enjoy a picnic, green space and an outdoor amplitheater. It offers beautiful views of the city skyline. I captured this during the fall season as the trees were starting to get some color to their leaves.
