A peaceful dusk scene settles over the canyon after sunset from the cliff edge of the Zion Canyon Overlook Trail in Zion National Park, near Springdale, Utah, USA. The towering red rock cliffs rise boldly above the valley as the winding switchbacks of Highway 9, also known as the Zion-Mount Carmel Highway, carve through the iconic landscape below. As the sky softens from golden into evening blues, a few clouds drift overhead, adding drama to this breathtaking view of Zion National Park. This classic Southwest overlook is one of the most scenic and unforgettable viewpoints in Utah.
