This seascape photograph showcases the brilliant turquoise waters of the Emerald Coast in Destin, Florida, United States, capturing the true essence of the Gulf of Mexico (also called the Gulf of America). I took this from a boat offshore looking back toward the Destin coastline, where a line of hotels and beachfront condos stretches across the horizon. A boat glides across the ocean, adding a sense of motion to the tranquil seascape. Overhead, a beautiful sky filled with soft clouds completes this vibrant view, perfectly reflecting the coastal charm and natural beauty of Destin’s Gulf waters.
