Piece description from the artist
Flowers and plants have always been a source of peace for me. I like to surround myself with the colors of flowers. I drew this pink and red tulip-like blossom surrounded by a rhythmic wreath of smaller buds and deep blue leaves, inspired by the vibrant colors of the wildflowers near my home. This design draws heavily on folk art motifs, utilizing bold, simplified shapes and a heritage-based color palette that balances warm floral tones against a neutral, cream-colored background. With its clean lines and rustic charm, the piece blends traditional Scandinavian design influences with a modern, hand-drawn aesthetic.
