A bench sits beside a sidewalk offering a great spot to sit and enjoy the view of the beautiful water fountain and cityscape of downtown Omaha, Nebraska, United States from the Heartland Of America Park. The water fountain is lit up with purple lights. It was a peaceful evening after sunset The middle part of the fountain can shoot up 300 feet! They have recently updated the park and it had just opened about a month before we visited. The majesty of this fountain is just beautiful. This area is also part of the Riverfront which runs along the Missouri River that separates the Nebraska and Iowa states.
