“Drifting Dreams” is a soothing abstract landscape with shades of soft blues, deeps blues and muted magenta. Originally made with acrylic inks and layers of hand-torn, hand-painted translucent wax papers by Lara Eckerman.
Lara Eckerman creates abstract mixed-media artwork that explores the relationship between color, texture, and depth. Working primarily with acrylics, ink, and hand-painted translucent waxed papers, her landscape and floral-inspired pieces are created intuitively and are influenced by interior design and the natural world. Through layered, translucent compositions, Lara crafts visual experiences that invite viewers to immerse themselves in rhythm and subtle intrigue.
