This vibrant, eye-catching piece was created using yellow, pink, and blue alcohol inks on an 8 inch by 8 inch canvas. The alcohol inks are applied and diluted with isopropyl alcohol and a small blow dryer manipulates the fluid pool of ink until dry. The three colors combined to make the lovely secondary purple, green, and peach colors. This is an artwork piece to brighten anyone's day.
Denise is an artist from Arvada, Colorado. She draws her inspiration for painting from nature and likes to paint landscapes. Since she is surrounded by the beauty of the mountains of Colorado, there is a lot of inspiration to draw upon. She also recently has begun branching out to abstract painting with acrylic paints and experimenting with various filters in digital graphics applications.
