The Chrysler Building is a skyscraper on the East Side of Manhattan. It is one of the tallest buildings constructed in 20th century (groundbreaking – 1928 year).
This work continues my cycle of neon paintings associated with famous landmarks and major cities of the world. Like all my previous works, this painting is varnished and painted on canvas. Completely handmade. Author's signature.
Painting has been my passion since childhood. Among many different techniques oil painting is my favorite.
Themes of my paintings are as variegated as our world: cities, people, life, animals, dramatic art, nature. I am greatly influenced by such famous artists like Claude Monet, Vincent van Gogh, Isaac Levitan, Auguste Renoir. My work was strongly influenced by Picasso. The painting Girl on the Ball made a big impression on me in my childhood.
