Piece description from the artist
I work in water treatment. This painting is inspired by some of the chemical contaminates we come across in the field.
Tyler Webb was born in Cape Girardeau, Missouri and attended SouthEast Missouri State University. His bodies of work are mainly acrylic painting that explore our range of human emotions. His fluid art delves into our jovial, playful, aloof sides while also challenging us to let go of control. His abstract works are an exercise in controlled choas, using aggresive palette knife and brush strokes to tap into a more primative side of art. Although being an artist most of his life, he has just recently begun to make his art public and has emerged with incredible momentum. Taking part and various art groups like Cape Arts Coucil, Creative St. Louis, and Poplar Bluff Arts Guild. Tyler is an artist looking to keep gaining momentum and to make a name for himself in the Missouri Art scene.
