Cheap Thrills I of II

Piece description from the artist

Cheap Thrills is a richly textured, ambient abstract landscape inspired by the playful freedom of Sia’s song by the same name. This piece—one half of a diptych—invites the viewer into a layered, expressive terrain where rhythm and energy meet softness and stillness. Subtle movements of light greys, pale greens, and deep earth tones blend with marks and impressions that evoke both land and atmosphere. Created through an intuitive process of building and scraping back layers, the work reflects a dance between chaos and calm, echoing the emotional pulse of music. Cheap Thrills brings warmth, personality, and an uplifting edge to any space.
