Girona is a city in northern Catalonia, Spain. The city is located 99 km northeast of Barcelona. This beautiful town is famous all over the world. Magnificent architecture, parks, Catalan traditions, friendly people, delicious food, wine, Catalan beer. The city attracts tourists with its unique atmosphere of ease of being. In addition, some famous films and series were filmed in this city. I tried to convey the pleasant atmosphere of the city on the canvas. Oil, canvas. Signed. Varnished.
Painting has been my passion since childhood. Among many different techniques oil painting is my favorite.
Themes of my paintings are as variegated as our world: cities, people, life, animals, dramatic art, nature. I am greatly influenced by such famous artists like Claude Monet, Vincent van Gogh, Isaac Levitan, Auguste Renoir. My work was strongly influenced by Picasso. The painting Girl on the Ball made a big impression on me in my childhood.
