A front view of the historic Chapman School on a beautiful autumn season afternoon in Pierce City, Missouri, United States. Colorful trees add a pop of color to the white wood siding building. Originally named Hazel Hill School , construction was completed in December of 1884. Classes commenced in January 1885 and was the first public school is Barry County. It was a one room schoolhouse provided classes for up to 8th grade. Before 1910, the school yard was divided to separate the boys and girls. In 1940 it was renamed Chapman School and in the 1960's it was moved 1 and half miles from it's original location to it's current location in Jolly Mill Park. It was restored in 1993.

She enjoys traveling and showing the world the beauty in everything created by Lord through both nature and mankind.
