Cascades Flowing Through The Ozarks

Piece description from the artist

I captured this peaceful scene along Roaring River in Roaring River State Park in Cassville, Missouri, where clear flowing water cascades over rocks, patches of green grass, and a log creating a series of gentle waterfalls. Additional cascades can be seen farther upstream, adding to the tranquil atmosphere.

The cool, clear water flows through this scenic Ozark stream beginning at Missouri's 20th largest natural spring, which produces more than 20 million gallons of water each day. I enjoy stopping here to listen to the soothing sound of the rushing water and admire the vibrant shades of green that surround the river. It's a peaceful corner of the Ozarks where flowing water, rugged limestone, and lush forest come together to showcase the natural beauty that makes Roaring River State Park such a special place.
