One of the most spectacular sights in New York City is Manhattanhenge, when the setting sun aligns perfectly with the east-west streets of the city's grid. One of the most popular subjects for these photos is the trails of car lights along 42nd street, one of the busiest thoroughfares in Manhattan. The long exposure technique creates a dynamic effect of motion and speed, while also highlighting the iconic landmarks such as the Chrysler Building. The result is a captivating image that showcases the beauty and energy of the Big Apple.
