Piece description from the artist
A downtown night scene at the intersection of Themis St and Main St in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, United States. You can see a crescent moon high up in the sky above the historic City Hall building. The clock tower in the middle was put into place on May 21, 1986. Some locals complain about people not paying attention to the road and often hit and knock over the smaller post that surround which were put in to help protect it.
