I captured this vertical photo of Bridal Veil Falls cascading down a rugged cliff in Spearfish Canyon, nestled in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota. The taller composition emphasizes the 60 foot waterfall as it descends the rocky face, surrounded by fresh spring foliage and trees beginning to show their vibrant green leaves. The contrast between the flowing water, textured stone, and new growth creates a beautiful glimpse of the canyon in springtime.
