Jacinto Marabel Romo is a Spanish photographer whose work explores landscape, cityscape, night photography and portraiture, with a particular interest in artificial light, atmosphere and the transformation of place.

His photography often moves between documentary observation and a more cinematic vision, from remote landscapes to the neon-lit streets of Japan.

He is the author of NEMURANAI, a photobook built from photographs made across Japanese cities including Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto and Nagoya, creating an imaginary nocturnal city shaped by artificial light, reflections and movement.

Alongside his photographic practice, he has a professional career in financ
