Piece description from the artist
An underwater dream in a seaweed garden catching some rays of sunlight. The perfect piece that blends with its surroundings.
I wrote this descriptive poem for the painting:
In waters so deep
Sun shining through
Awaken from sleep
To a calm ocean view
Seaweed grows high
As green as the grass
Shelter from eyes
Whenever they pass
It is there I will go
In memory to keep
For this place I know
Beauty lives in the deep
Lisa Daniels studied at a very young age at Dorothy Cannon's Art Studio, Pasadena Art Center, and mentored by artist Roy Henry and artist Mark Pederson. Her commission work has been in commercial buildings as well as luxury homes in various states, NY, WA, LA, etc. Some of her paintings are large scale and were hung in the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel Bellevue, Dibble Engineers, Era Living, Graphite Architects, Pacific Home Development and more. Lisa has won several awards in various contests and juried group shows including Parklane Gallery Kirkland WA, Red Art Box-Rooftop LA and many more.
