A detailed close-up study capturing a vintage Caterpillar bulldozer resting on the shingle beach of Dungeness, Kent. Weathered yellow paint, heavy surface rust, exposed engine components, and heavy steel tracks frame a story of coastal industrial utility. The raw, tactile machinery contrasts sharply against a calm blue horizon and wide coastal sky.
From the smallest details of macro to the vast panorama of a landscape, with a quick stop off at many subjects in between, Rick's passion for detail and capturing the moment has inspired him to shoot many different genres.
