Piece description from the artist
Can you spot the bighorn sheep climbing around on the rock formations? I captured this mom and baby lamb walking aorund during blue hour at Badlands National Park from the Pinnacles Overlook near Wall, South Dakota. It's amazing how they run and climb around on these slick mountains. The loose rock areas are like walking on ice and they run around with no fear. The blue sky with hints of pink in the clouds gives a somewhat blue cast of light on the rugged and sharply eroded mudrock, sandstones, claystone, and clastic dikes rock mountains.
