Baby Bellas and Blueberries

Piece description from the artist

Baby Bella mushrooms are a kitchen staple for many, including myself, so why not celebrate these gifts from the earth in your kitchen! Because of my love for anything mushroom, I decided to create sculptures that would make a statement on a counter in kitchens or even on a dinning room table. Actually these sculptures could be placed anywhere and be noticed! This sculpture is constructed of clay mushrooms and clay blueberries, placed upon a found stone trivet. One of my favorite tasks for these sculptures is to fine old, many times worn plates or trivets, and bring them back to life, and use. This keeps them out of the local landfill. It adds a quality authenticity and realism to these pieces!

This is a TurningArt exclusive limited edition print available in editions of 100.
