August Days

Piece description from the artist

Growing up in Montana, one of my favorite things were the wildflowers that bloomed each summer. I love to capture the charming and vibrant colors in my botanical illustrations, and capture the essence of late summer. Featuring a prominent soft pink blossom with a bold, dark center as its focal point, the composition is accented by delicate orange wildflowers, pale blue sprigs, and lush green leaves against a clean cream background. The textured, folk-art-inspired style evokes a sense of warmth, nostalgia, and natural beauty, making it a delightful piece that brings the quiet serenity of a sunlit garden into any modern living space.
