Around Gloucester Revisited

Piece description from the artist

"In the vibrant nexus of Cape Ann, between the historic streets of Rockport and the pulsating life of Gloucester, I find my second home. Gloucester, with its rich tapestry of Italian and Portuguese influences, immerses me in a kaleidoscope of colors and shapes unique to this timeless fishing town. Against the backdrop of a luminous sky and azure sea, shades of reds, greens, whites, and blacks dance. Here, the rugged spirit of hardworking souls melds seamlessly with the elegance of affluence, reminiscent of the contrasting worlds of early Dada and constructivist art, juxtaposed with the profound traditions of the Cape Ann School. My art is an ode to this synergy, a personal interpretation of Gloucester's dynamic tableau."
