Gentle waves wash around a rock jetty just after sunset in Destin, Florida, where four fishermen stand silhouetted against the soft evening light. In the distance, the Destin Harbor Boardwalk comes into view, along with the iconic Destin Bridge and William T. Marler Bridge spanning the water. This scenic spot is located along the East Pass, a vital channel that connects Destin Harbor to the Gulf of Mexico, also known as the Gulf of America. It's a peaceful coastal afterglow moment that highlights the charm and beauty of Florida’s Emerald Coast.
