An atmospheric coastal capture featuring an abandoned, weathered fishing boat resting on a vast shingle expanse, at Dungeness in the UK. Peeling pale-blue paint and oxidized iron trim along the hull emphasize years of marine exposure and decay. Sparse sea kale vegetation scatters across the pebbled foreground, while a wide, overcast sky with soft, wispy clouds enhances the quiet sense of isolation, space, and coastal tranquility.
From the smallest details of macro to the vast panorama of a landscape, with a quick stop off at many subjects in between, Rick's passion for detail and capturing the moment has inspired him to shoot many different genres.
