Client Services Associate

This is a fantastic entry level role for someone looking to get their foot in the door of a growing company with a mission to bring the artwork of today’s working artists to the world. We’re looking for a well-rounded all-star who’s passionate about artwork, design and client service to support our Sales, Artist, and Operations teams in delivering five-star service for our clients across the country. This role will teach you what it takes to succeed and get you started on a growing career at TurningArt.


  • Be a knowledgeable and engaging first point of contact for client inquiries.
  • Manage communications with potential clients via email and over the phone.
  • Implement and manage all email marketing campaigns.
  • Work alongside Art Advisors to assist with successful execution of client programming.
  • Report and analyze position metrics to optimize performance.
  • Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure successful project delivery and positive client experience.
  • Understand and anticipate the needs of the team and clients to provide consistently exceptional service.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our services and work to improve our processes whenever possible.


  • Educational or working background in art, design, client services and/or sales.
  • Exceptionally well organized and detail oriented.
  • Demonstrated self-starter and ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Complete comfort and confidence speaking with clients, both on the phone and in-person.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, regularly evolving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Excel.  
  • Prior customer service and/or sales experience a plus.
  • BA/BS degree.
