Piece description from the artist

The original inspiration was a photo trip to a river near my home. One of the pictures was of some rocks in the sunlight, so I interpreted this in shapes and colors of my own imagination. This is one of my personal favorites, it hangs in my studio and continues to inspire my investigations of color.
