Piece description from the artist
Being mindful of the moment is something I cherish deeply. I often get in my head about where I am in life and what my future beholds, but everytime I pass roses on my morning walk, I make it a point to stop and smell the fragrant blossoms. In Stop and Smell the Roses, I captured this moment to remind others to observe and appreciate the simple, but natural, beauty that surrounds us.
