Am I getting a print or an original painting?
We ship high-quality prints of original, contemporary art; created from very high resolution images of the artwork provided by each artist. We don't ship original artwork because it is very expensive to do so. But more importantly, any accidental damage that might occur to an original while in your home is even more expensive. High-quality TurningArt prints are the most affordable and stress-free way to explore a wide range of artists and styles in your own home.
How much of my monthly subscription fee counts towards purchasing art?

How big are the frames? The prints?
We have two size options which you can see here.
Is all of the art the same size? How does it all fit in one frame?
All of the prints that you receive from TurningArt will fit your selected frame size. However the original artwork that the print is based upon can be smaller or larger. The actual dimensions of the original artwork are listed on the individual artwork page. TurningArt only selects artwork for which the original painting can be scaled with no, or very minimal, cropping. If cropping must occur, we only accept artwork where cropping will not impact the original work, and all work is approved by the artist.
What is the best way to clean my frame?
We recommend using a clean, soft, low-static cloth to remove any type of dust or lint from your frame. For fingerprints or smudges, use a non-abrasive glass cleaner like mild liquid dish detergent (not dishwasher detergent) and water. Do not use abrasive cleaners as they will scratch the frame surface.
What if I would like art from an artist that isn't on the site?
We're always looking for new, high quality artists. If you have someone that you'd like to see on TurningArt, then send us a link to their personal website and we'll check it out. You can contact us here.
What happens if my print is damaged?
We understand that prints may be lost or damaged during shipping through no fault of your own. In the event that this occurs, we will replace those prints at no charge. Simply send us an email when you recieve a damaged print, and we will ship you a new one.
If a print is lost, significantly damaged, or destroyed while in your care, we are required to charge you for the limited edition print based on the contract we have with our artists. The value of a limited edition 16”x20” print is $75, and a 24”x30” print is $150.
If a large number of prints are reported lost or damaged for a single account, we may place the account under review. If so, we will notify you via email.
How do I change my information?
Any personal information you provide us can be edited or removed at any time by signing in and clicking on your name at the top of every page to access your account profile. Here you can change your email address, update your password as well as your shipping address, and more.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your TurningArt subscription at any time. In order to cancel, you will need to return your frame and any artwork in your possession. You may also select to purchase your frame if you would like. You can contact us here to begin the cancellation process at any time, or if you have any questions.
