Nicholas Zaremba (b. December 30, 1979) known as Nick Z is an American artist, illustrator, and painter recognized for the distinctive style of his mark making. Ranging from large-scale murals to commercial graphics, Z draws personal influences from youth, nostalgia, colors in nature, and music.
Currently residing in Boston, he has exhibited extensively on the East Coast and globally from Hong Kong to Montreal. Most notably,he was part of a two-person exhibition at Gladstone Gallery in New York, as well as being featured as one of the “40 Artists You Should Know” in the nationally juried publication; New American Painters. Nick Z’s work has been acquired by prestigious collections, including Takashi Murakami’s, and his commercial design clients have included Toy2R and PEPSI.
