In preparation for the Utensil Abstraction series, Claudia studied the light that reflects off of stainless steel kitchen utensils.
Claudia Smalley is a first-generation Polish-American artist whose parents immigrated to Chicago in the late 1970s. She has shown work extensively in Chicago, and at national venues including the Polish Museum of America.
