Juxtaposition Between Chaos & Calm

Painting is one of the only true passions/hobbies that Benjamin has developed in his life, and because of the sense of accomplishment and satisfaction it brings him, he knows it’s something he’ll always do.

A rower under a bridge in Florence Italy is frozen mid-motion. The title references the juxtaposition of the calm image of the rower at the bottom and the erratic drips and splatters of paint on the bridge at top: a theme of Dualism emerges.
