My inspiration comes directly from observing the colors, shapes and textures of the natural world. Repeated in textiles, fashion, or the natural raw landscape around us, I am continuously receptive to the momentary patterns we experience through various atmospheric conditions that are revealed under layers of raw luminosity. Be it quiet or loud, heavy or loose, layered or flat, these natural abstractions are forever shifting, fleeting, immediate and completely original within their specific locality.
