Bathtub and Hand Towel

In these paintings, I depict the intersection where mundane objects meet the quantum world. The bathtubs and shower curtains become infused with this dynamic flow. They are paintings on plexiglass or canvas and sometimes both. With thin underpainting and glazes I suggest common forms and immerse them in the quantum world — represented by translucent and iridescent paint — to give us an inkling of where these two worlds meet.
